Obama Wants a Tax Duel

“I’m ready to duel John McCain on taxes right here, quick draw,” Obama said, comparing himself to western legend Wild Bill Hickock who once fought a duel in Springfield.

Apparently Barack Obama somehow thinks that his policy of raising taxes is better than John McCain’s policy of extending President Bush’s tax cuts.

I, personally, would love to see this duel, especially since Barack Obama will not accept McCain’s offer of 10 town hall meetings.

Oil Prices Dropping

As most everyone probably has noticed by now, oil & gas prices are falling. At close of business on Friday, the price per barrell of oil was at $123.26. That is a little more than $20 less than two weeks ago.

In case you may be wondering what caused this dramatic fall in price? There are actually four main reasons.

4. A huge cut back in usage by fellow Americans
