We are an organization based in Oregon that has since 1998 conducted extensive research in the area of election laws, court rulings, U.S. foreign policy, the military services, appointed and elected government officials, political organizations such as the Democratic, Libertarian, and Republican Party, and political movements such as the Tea Party. Our purpose has been to raise awareness and understanding of important issues facing our nation.

In our Voting Help page we provide voting related resources to help people register to vote, change their registration, make use of absentee and early voting, find a polling place, and learn about voting laws.

Please look for answers to your questions in Voting Help before contacting us. Due to time restraints, we will not respond to inquiries that can be answered there.
